My experience spans solar acquisitions, utility acquisitions, easement and right of way work, and battery energy storage land coordination. Across these assignments, the fundamentals remain the same: understand the property, listen to the landowner, and keep the details organized.
I support comparable sales research and waiver valuation preparation, as well as coordination of parcel information, maps, and legal-description documents. I value careful follow-through and communication that helps everyone understand the next step.
